Support Lifecycle

  • Accept phone call from FMCD qualified technician at requested time to initiate secure connection to problematic device
  • Relax, and wait for confirmation that requested work was performed!

01. Our registered customers enjoy the convenience of three simple ways to contact a support agent whenever they need assistance:


Create a Support Ticket

To create a new support ticket, login to fixmycomputerdude.com with your username(Email ID) and password; navigate to the “Profile” tab at top of the page, and click “Support Ticket.”
Then create a new ticket by describing the work you would like performed and a date and time (either immediately, or sometime in the near future) for work to be done. Click submit!

Toll-Free Phone Call

Use our dedicated technical support phone number to immediately contact an Fix My Computer Dude technician. This phone number (1-888-342-4110) is emailed to all customers immediately after registration. In the event it gets misplaced, the number can always be found by logging in to Fix My Computer Dude with your email address and password, and navigating to “My Account” in the “Profile” tab.

Email Support

Send an email message stating the nature of the support required, and when you would like the work to be performed. Our Technical Support email address is sent to all customers, along with the technical support phone number, immediately after registration. In the event it gets misplaced, the email address can also always be found by logging in to fixmycomputerdude.com with your username and password, and navigating to “My Account” in the “Profile” tab.


02. After your have requested assistance by any of the above methods, either for a fix or maintenance (such as a tune up), you will receive a phone call from one of our FMCD Technical Support agents, at the time you’ve requested. The agent will guide you through the simple process of opening a secure connection to your device before providing the requested support.


03. That’s it! Once connected, you can sit back and wait while the requested fixes and maintenance tasks are provided. Once completed, you will receive a phone call from our support agent to confirm all work was successfully performed.
